KATHMANDU, Dec 18: Kathmandu's air quality is degrading day by day. As per the Valley Pollution Index on Monday, 10 am and 11 am were the most polluted hours and evening hours from 5 pm to 9 pm were also recorded to have highly polluted air quality. Remaining other hours were also crossing the WHO and Govt standards.
